A workout to honor ALL fallen military members with our pain and sweat and tears, and to raise money for a local charity.  Micheal Murphy was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.  

The workout:  1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run.  Partition any way you can to complete the workout.  If you have a weighted vest, wear it!  If you need to scale the exercises, we have that opportunity too.  We can replace pull-ups, we can accomodate all folks to complete the workout.  Many options available.  Just come and join in the fun....

Suggested donation....$25.00, which includes a t-shirt .  T-shirts available for purchase $20.00.
